How it works
Frequently asked questions
Subscription is paid monthly, for the upcoming calendar month, e.g. October 2 — November 1. Amount will be withdrawn from your saved card automatically.
To save your time and simplify payments, during the subscription period you can include into the order as many items as you want, and of any category, system will calculate items exceeding limits or not included in your tariff, and bill the rest once per month, together with your next month subscription payment.
- Online: visit your Profile, select your option in Subscriptions and click Subscribe. Make sure you have a saved credit card.
- With our manager: send a message or call us, our administrators will be happy to assist.
- In store: request administrator during your normal order.
Your subscription can be stopped at any time and will discontinue as of the following month flooded with the final bill for the current month. Choose one of options:
- Online: visit your Profile, select your option in Subscriptions and click Unubscribe. Make sure youʼve got a confirmation.
- With our manager: send a message or call us, our administrators will assist you.
- In store: request administrator to stop the subscription as of the next month.
