Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, covering the upcoming calendar month (e.g. October 2 — November 1). The amount will be automatically charged from your saved card on the due date.
Absolutely. To save your time and simplify payments, you can include any number of items from any category in your orders during your subscription. If you exceed your plan’s limits or add services outside your plan, the extra items will be calculated automatically and billed once a month, together with your next subscription payment.
Absolutely. You can switch or pause your subscription anytime, no penalties.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the following month, and your final invoice will cover the current billing period. Choose any convenient option:

Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If it hasn’t been used, we’ll send a reminder before it expires.
