We have tried to make our service as comfortable as possible. You can place an order online, after registration, and our courier will pick up and return your items on the appointed day and time. You can also come to us in person at Lisbon, R. De João Penha 3A.

At the moment we only operate in Lisbon, but we have long term plans for expansion.
3. What is the process?
You need to register in our system to facilitate the ordering process. When ordering online via the website or app, you choose a convenient date and time of your order, as well as your preferred method of payment. The rest is up to us, we will pick up, clean and deliver your items within the specified time frame. When ordering offline, the process differs only in your personal presence at the checkout and readiness of the order at our pickup point.
4. Do you have your own factory?
Sure, we only work on our own equipment to ensure maximum quality control of the work. The factory is located in Lisbon.
5. What is the budgeting process?
You can see the initial cost in the pricing section of our website or app. When ordering online, the final cost of the order may change after final evaluation by the administrator. The cost may be affected by the matching of items in the order by type or quantity.
